  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Availability: Available for orders of $50 or more
  • Note: Free shipping may take longer but provides excellent value

Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery conditions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges Overview

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In the same condition as when received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following personal care and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged as they may come into direct contact with skin or body:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to provide all necessary details.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline and Methods

After we approve your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Here’s what to expect:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

PayPal

Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours and should reflect in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
